Episode 3: Handisub

In this, the third episode, we continue our exploration of the three major organizations that provide adaptive scuba training. In the last episode, episode 2, we talked about Diveheart and their proprietary approach to adaptive scuba training. In this episode, we give an overview of Handisub, which is the organization  that provides adaptive scuba training to those with disabilities in France. Listen as we reveal which activity for which Handisub provides training that the other organizations do not.

Andrew discovered scuba diving hile attending the advanced academy at the Space Camp for the Blind and Visually-impaired in Huntsville, Alabama. More than twenty years later and after moving to France, he finally found a club that was willing to train blind and visually-impaired scuba divers. The lack of information regarding blind and visually-impaired people and scuba diving inspired him to create and host this podcast.
